Green Bean Coffee Product Types

We focus on providing Gayo Arabica coffee beans from our farmers using the processing method: Semi-washed, also known as the wet-hulling method (wet-hulled), is a post-harvest method that combines elements of the wet and dry processes, in which the mucilage (mucilage) is partially left attached during the initial drying, resulting in a fuller body, intense sweetness, and low acidity.

SEMI WASH (WET HULLED)

The most iconic processing method from Gayo. This process delivers a thicker body, moderate acidity, and complex earthy and spicy notes. Perfect for roasters seeking a signature Indonesian coffee profile.

PRODUCT #02

FULL WASHED

This process highlights clarity and a clean cup profile typical of Gayo coffee. By completely removing the cherry fruit before drying, the full washed process produces coffee with bright acidity, lighter body, and often distinct floral or fruity aromas.
