Gayo Mitra Niaga Producer Cooperative

Starting from the sincerity and commitment to develop farmer groups in the Central Aceh Regency, an initiative arose to transform small farmer groups into a Gayo Mitra Niaga Producer Cooperative.

Established with 20 founding members and 660 active fostered farmers, we manage ± 994 Ha of Gayo Arabica coffee plantations. We operate in the Gayo Arabica Coffee commodity business from upstream to downstream—cultivation, harvesting, to processing into Ready-to-Export Green Beans.

Gayo Mitra Niaga (GMN) holds a domicile permit (No: 145/93/III/SKD/MGL/2025) and is legally registered with the Ministry of Cooperatives and the Trade Office of Central Aceh Regency (Legal Entity No: AHU-0002161.AH.01.29 Year 2025).

ESTABLISHMENT PURPOSE●

The purposes of establishing the Gayo Mitra Niaga Producer Cooperative are:

To promote, elevate, and increase the value of Arabica coffee produced by farmers, creating a positive impact on the Gayo region's coffee farming community, especially our fostered members.
To create a sustainable agricultural system for the future.
To provide guidance to member farmers through a series of Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) training regarding proper cultivation and post-harvest methods.
To improve coffee trade efficiency and establish price discovery through transparent mechanisms.
To create employment opportunities for the local community.
